Order Dispatch
Thank you for choosing CCC Creations! Orders will be dispatched within 6 to 12 business days after payment clearance, depending on the items ordered. For bespoke or customized orders, please allow 6 to 10 additional business days for processing.

Tracking Information
All orders include tracking details. You will receive these in your order confirmation email, followed by an update once your package has been shipped.

Shipping Liability
Once an order is dispatched, CCC Creations cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by the postal service or customs. Customers are solely responsible for any taxes, import duties, or fees that may apply.

Customs Delays
We are not accountable for any delays caused by customs or postal service interruptions.
